The user settings section of the site has a few options.
Credentials
The credentials section allows you to choose your username and password. Your username can be any one of your verified aliases. Any email address that you control can be used as your username.
Passwords must be strong passwords. These must contain upper and lower case characters, numbers, and a symbol. See the site for more details.
Aliases
All accounts have at least one alias. This alias is your email address, and username. If you have access to more than one email address you can add additional aliases to your account. These aliases can be used as your username, and they can be used for the payee and payer fields of tokens.
Adding aliases is easy, just type it in, Gidah.com will send an email confirmation, and follow the steps in the confirmation email to activate it.
Contact Information
Before you can create tokens you have to supply a public name and fill out your contact information. The publicly viewable name is used when you redeem or lock a token. Token creators are allowed to see who locks and redeems their tokens. The rest of your contact information is used to verify ACH and credit card transactions or for mailing checks.
Banking Information
The banking information is used for ACH transfers. At the moment of this writing, ACH transfers are not yet enabled. We're working with our banks to make this happen.
